Excellent episode. Of course nothing like this would happen now in the medical industry for example you wouldn’t get a company being convicted of fraud to the tune of 2.3 billion dollars in 2009 and yet during that year they made a gross profit of $40 billion and the following year they made a gross profit of $50 billion. At least Dr Macaura’s device didn’t cause heart attacks or strokes.
